SAN LORENZO DE EL ESCORIAL MONASTERY. Considered for many years the Eighth Wonder of the World, El Escorial was conceived by Philip II as a monastery and royal pantheon. It would become the symbol of the grandeur of the Spanish Empire. The tour includes: Royal Palace, Pantheon of Kings, Pantheon of Infantes, Chapter Houses, Basilica and Library.

VALLEY’S BASILIC, just 9 km from El Escorial. This great basilica was dug out of the mountain at an altitude of 1350 metres above sea level. Highlights include the basilica building and the cross standing 150 metres above the landscape of the Madrid mountains. The tour includes  magnificent views and photo opportunities.
